1. About Marlow

Marlow: AI Cocktail Bartender (“Marlow,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is developed and operated by XenDevApp.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Marlow mobile application, related support services, and websites that link to this policy.

2. Responsible Use and Alcohol Disclaimer

Marlow provides cocktail recipes, ingredient information, and AI-generated drink suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes.

Marlow does not promote, encourage, or pressure users to consume alcohol. The App may also provide alcohol-free or low-alcohol alternatives where available.

Users are responsible for complying with the laws and legal drinking-age requirements that apply in their country or region.

Alcohol should only be consumed legally, responsibly, and in moderation. Never drink and drive or operate machinery after consuming alcohol.

3. No Account or Registration Required

Marlow does not require users to create an account, register, sign in, or provide an email address to use the App.

Marlow does not collect the following information through account registration:

• Name or surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password
• Profile photograph
• Date of birth
• Home or postal address

Because Marlow does not create user accounts, there is no Marlow account that users need to delete.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

Marlow may store certain information locally on your device so that the App can remember your selections and preferences.

This information may include:

• Ingredients added to “My Bar”
• Favorite or saved cocktail recipes
• Taste and ingredient preferences
• Measurement preferences
• Onboarding completion status
• App appearance and language preferences
• Locally stored conversation history

Information stored only on your device is not automatically transmitted to XenDevApp.

You can remove locally stored information by using any available reset or clear-data option in the App, clearing the App’s storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the App.

5. AI Conversation Processing

Marlow includes an AI bartender feature. When you submit a message or request an AI-generated recommendation, the information required to generate the response may be transmitted to an AI service provider.

The information transmitted may include:

• Your message or question
• The ingredients you choose to include in your request
• Your selected cocktail or taste preferences
• Relevant previous messages required to understand the current conversation

This information is processed only to understand your request, generate a response, operate the AI feature, maintain security, and prevent misuse.

Do not enter confidential information or highly sensitive personal information into the AI chat. This includes financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or information about another person.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Recipes and recommendations should be reviewed before use, particularly where allergies, dietary restrictions, medication interactions, pregnancy, health conditions, or alcohol sensitivity may be relevant.

6. Technical and Diagnostic Information

Marlow and the technical services used to operate the App may process limited device and diagnostic information.

This may include:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Language and general region settings
• App installation or instance identifiers
• Crash reports
• Error logs
• Performance and stability information
• General feature interaction information

This information may be processed to keep the App operational, identify crashes, diagnose errors, protect the service from misuse, and improve performance.

Marlow does not request access to your contacts, call history, SMS messages, microphone, photographs, or precise GPS location for its core cocktail recommendation features.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play. XenDevApp does not directly receive or store your complete payment card number, bank account details, or Google account password.

To provide premium access, Marlow may receive limited purchase-related information from Google Play, including:

• Purchased product identifier
• Purchase token or transaction identifier
• Subscription status
• Renewal or expiration status
• Purchase verification result

Subscription management, payment processing, refunds, and cancellations are handled through Google Play.

8. How Information Is Used

Information processed through Marlow may be used to:

• Provide cocktail recommendations
• Generate AI bartender responses
• Remember your local preferences
• Provide and verify premium features
• Maintain App security and reliability
• Detect and diagnose technical problems
• Improve App performance and usability
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

9. Service Providers

Marlow may rely on third-party service providers to operate certain features.

These providers may include:

• An AI infrastructure provider for generating AI bartender responses
• Google Play for app distribution, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and purchase verification
• Google Firebase services where used for app configuration, technical infrastructure, crash reporting, performance monitoring, security, or analytics
• Cloud infrastructure and security providers required to operate and protect the App

These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide their services, maintain security, comply with law, and support the operation of Marlow.

10. Information Sharing

XenDevApp does not sell or rent personal information.

XenDevApp does not share personal information for targeted, personalized, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Marlow does not display third-party advertisements.

Information may only be disclosed:

• To service providers required to operate a feature requested by the user
• When required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request
• Where reasonably necessary to protect users, XenDevApp, Marlow, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of the App, subject to appropriate privacy safeguards
• With the user’s direction or consent

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored preferences, ingredients, favorites, and conversation history remain on your device until they are removed through the App, cleared through device settings, or deleted when the App is uninstalled.

Information transmitted to an AI, payment, cloud, diagnostic, or infrastructure provider may be retained according to the provider’s service configuration, security requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

XenDevApp retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Marlow, provide requested features, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.

Marlow does not create user accounts. Therefore, there is no Marlow account or account profile that must be separately deleted.

12. Support Communications

Marlow does not automatically collect your email address.

If you voluntarily contact XenDevApp by email, your email address, message, and any information you choose to include will be processed only to review and respond to your request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in a support message.

13. Security

XenDevApp uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

These safeguards may include:

• Encrypted network connections
• Restricted access to production services
• Authentication and authorization controls
• Service-provider security protections
• Monitoring and diagnostic systems
• Measures designed to prevent abuse and unauthorized use

No electronic system, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children and Underage Users

Marlow is not designed for children or for individuals who are below the legal drinking age in their country or region.

XenDevApp does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information through Marlow, contact XenDevApp so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

15. International Processing

The service providers used by Marlow may operate in countries other than the country where you live.

Information submitted to an AI, cloud, diagnostic, or payment provider may therefore be processed in other countries with different data protection laws.

Where required, reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards are used for international data processing.

16. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to information processed about you, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain information.

You can also:

• Clear locally stored App data through device settings
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information
• Disable notifications through device settings
• Manage subscriptions through Google Play
• Avoid entering personal information into the AI chat

17. Third-Party Links

Marlow may contain links to third-party websites, products, recipes, or services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. XenDevApp is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Marlow’s features, service providers, legal obligations, or information-handling practices change.

When this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of the page will be revised.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the App or another reasonable method.
